Bulker Unloading system
Silo feeding plays important role in concrete batching plant for reliable productivity. VAK provides Heavy duty silo feeding system for concrete batching plant. This is High volume Low pressure system makes it easy to unload 45 Ton the Cement bulker within 1.5-2 hour. The design imparting extremely high degree of stability and rigidity during high speed running of root blower compressor. This feature makes this rotary lobe air compressor design an ideal choice for smooth and vibration free running. This roots compressor air blower pump high speed running results into higher volumetric efficiency.

Manual Bag Feeding system
In the sites where cement bulker is not available , manual bag feeding system is used to fill cement silo storage. The main purpose of silo is to save time , and reduce labour dependency make system automated. Silo is feed when batching plant is not working , by manual feeding system. 50 HP blower root blower still needed for air pressure.

Screw Conveyor
Screw Conveyors and Feeders are used for conveying or feeding cement and materials similar to cement mainly in concrete batching plants but also in other building materials processing plants. It fits in the outlet of Silo as inlet of screw conveyor, and discharge in plant . the angle of inclination is critical parameter – 45 degree (max) for cement & 30 degree (max) for flyash.

Silo Skid
The market required a skid mounted silo for a faster installation of silos. Our design of the silo skid was one of the most rugged and agile product. Skid replaces the Foundation requirement.
